Every year between November and January, we advertise new apprenticeships for administrative assistants specialising in municipal administration.
Take part in a dual study programme with practical phases in Public Administration (LL.B.), Social Work (B.A.), or Administrative IT (B.Sc.).
On top of your pay, you’ll receive an annual bonus and a 50 Euro allowance for learning materials each year. Trainees also get a graduation bonus.

We care about working together. You’ll benefit from great supervision, a trainee day, and in-house exam prep.
Trainees earn between 1,218 and 1,314 Euros with yearly increases. Students receive a monthly allowance of 1,400 Euros.
Successfully complete your training and we’ll offer you a permanent position – guaranteed.
You’ll work 39 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., including mobile options. Plus 30 days of vacation annually.
It’s not just the hours that are flexible – you can also work from home.

If we’re interested, you’ll be invited to take an online test from the comfort of your home. This is followed by a personal interview where we get to know you better.
During your welcome week, you’ll learn about important guidelines and get to know fellow trainees and students from other years, as well as the staff council and your training supervisor.
