RECRUITING : What does the application process look like?

Application

Kick off your application process online using our application form. Please submit all required documents so we can get a full picture of your qualifications and motivation. You’ll hear back from us within two to three weeks.

Interview

If we’re interested, we’ll invite you to a personal interview to learn more about your skills and experience – and to give you the chance to get to know us better, too. Depending on the position, a short test or task may be part of the process.

Contract and onboarding

Two to three weeks after the interview, we’ll let you know if we can offer you a position. If successful, you’ll receive a contract offer, and we’ll be happy to welcome you to the team. Our onboarding programme will help you get off to a great start in your new role.
