Together with the Jobcenter Havelland and the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg, we have launched the project Reha-Haus Westbrandenburg (ReHaWeB). The project is characterised by low-threshold access, close support and short communication channels. A team of experienced rehab guides will support you on your way to better health and social participation. It does not matter whether you are currently facing mental health issues, physical limitations or challenges such as addiction.

In collaboration with rehabilitation consultants from the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg, we work with you to develop a personalised plan to determine the next meaningful and realistic steps. We are easily accessible through all usual channels – our contact persons are available at all Jobcenter MAIA locations across Potsdam-Mittelmark. They will support you with steps that may be difficult to take on your own, organise tailored services, accompany you to counselling appointments or even to your workplace.

This project is also an opportunity to explore which types of support work best for you. That’s why it is scientifically monitored and designed to help us later integrate effective tools and methods into our regular advisory services.
